Right of withdrawal / cancellation policy (EU consumers)

This policy applies if you buy as a consumer — a natural person acting outside your trade, business, craft or profession. If you buy as a business (you provide a VAT number or otherwise act in your trade), this statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to you.

1. Your 14-day right

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. Because AppUnblock is a service, the withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the contract is concluded (the day you complete your purchase).

2. How to withdraw

To exercise the right of withdrawal you must inform us — CodifyAI SRL trading as AppUnblock, [registered seat — to be completed], email: [email protected] — of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter by post or an email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is enough to send your communication before the withdrawal period expires.

3. Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used (Stripe), with no fees for the reimbursement.

4. If you ask us to start during the 14 days

You may expressly ask us to begin performing the service before the withdrawal period ends (this is required for any same-day or expedited work). In that case: (a) if you then withdraw before the service is fully performed, you must pay an amount proportionate to what has been provided up to the moment you informed us of your withdrawal, based on the total price agreed; and (b) you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed, provided performance began at your express request and you acknowledged that you would lose the right once fully performed.

5. When the right does not apply / is lost

Under Article 16(a) and (m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (Romania: OUG 34/2014), there is no right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed where you gave prior express consent to begin and acknowledged the loss of the right, and for digital content/services supplied immediately on the same conditions. If we did not give you this information or did not obtain your express request, you bear no cost and are entitled to a full refund (Art. 14(4)).
