Any applicable VAT is shown before you confirm payment; EU business customers with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism (Art. 196, VAT Directive 2006/112/EC); customers outside the EU are generally outside the scope of EU VAT.

The EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 and is no longer available. For data-protection matters you may contact ANSPDCP (www.dataprotection.ro). We are not obliged, and do not commit, to use a consumer arbitration board. Consumers retain all rights to bring a dispute before the competent courts.
