App approval is decided solely by Apple and Google. No third party — including AppUnblock — can guarantee that an app will be approved or published. Our Fix guarantee covers only the resolution of the specific reviewer-cited reason purchased; see the Guarantee.

We work from your rejection message, your build/repository, and — only when needed — least-privilege, time-boxed access that you grant by inviting our own Apple / Google account. We will never ask for, and you should never send us, your Apple ID password, Google account password, 2FA codes, or signing-key passphrases.
