Guarantee & refunds Terms of service Right of withdrawal Privacy & GDPR Data processing (DPA) Legal notice Disclaimers
If you are a consumer, this commercial Guarantee is offered in addition to your mandatory statutory rights and your 14-day right of withdrawal, and does not replace, exclude or limit them. Nothing in this Guarantee or the refund decision tree below requires you to use the Guarantee instead of a statutory remedy, and where any term would limit a mandatory statutory right it does not apply to you to that extent.
You have a statutory right to withdraw from this distance service contract within 14 days of conclusion, without giving any reason (see our Withdrawal / Cancellation Policy). Because our work often starts within hours, at checkout we ask you to (i) expressly request that we begin during the 14-day period, and (ii) acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed. This consent is optional; if you do not give it, we will not start before the 14-day period ends. - If you withdraw before the service is fully performed, we refund what you paid minus a proportionate amount for the work already carried out. - If you withdraw and we had not begun performance (or you did not expressly request an early start), you receive a full refund. - Once a Fix, Diagnosis or Audit has been fully performed after your express request and acknowledgment, the statutory withdrawal right no longer applies, and the fee is non-refundable except where this Guarantee or your other statutory rights provide otherwise.
A Fix covers the specific rejection reason quoted in your App Store Connect Resolution Center message or Google Play Policy status at the time of purchase ("the Cited Reason").
Our guarantee: we will resolve the specific cited issue when it is code, config, metadata, privacy, entitlement, account-deletion, or reviewer-response related. If Apple (or Google) rejects again for the same cited reason after our fix, we keep working on that cited reason at no additional charge, or refund the service fee. We cannot guarantee approval for unrelated or subjective review decisions.
In other words, the guarantee is scoped to the mechanical, verifiable issue we were hired to fix — not to the store's overall approval. App approval is decided solely by Apple and Google, who may at any time raise a new or subjective reason — for example "minimum functionality," "spam," "copycat," "misleading," metadata, or business-model decisions — that no third party can control, and which can be handled inconsistently. A rejection for any reason other than the Cited Reason is a new matter and is outside this guarantee.
As a condition of this commercial guarantee only, submit the reworked build within 14 days of delivery and do not alter the build, metadata, or account after delivery. Failing these conditions ends the commercial guarantee but does not affect your mandatory statutory rights or your right of withdrawal (see above and clause 8A of the Terms).
The Rejection Diagnosis and the Pre-submit Audits (Lite / Full) are paid expert analysis and written plans. Whether a subjective rule (such as "minimum functionality," 4.3 spam/clone, 2.5.2 dynamic code, copycat, or misleading) is ultimately accepted is decided by the reviewer and cannot be guaranteed by anyone. You are paying for our analysis, recommendations, and reviewer-reply drafting — not for approval. The Pre-submit Audits are sold to reduce rejection risk before you submit, not to promise you pass. No part of these fees is refundable on the basis of non-approval, after the service has been fully performed at your express request (see "Consumers: right of withdrawal and refunds").
When a resubmission outcome comes back, the payout is decided by this tree:
| Situation | Outcome |
|---|---|
| (a) The Cited Reason was NOT actually resolved on our build (our fault) | Full refund. |
| (b) Cited Reason resolved, but the store raised a new mechanical issue on re-review | We fix it free, one round, same engagement. |
| (c) Cited Reason resolved, but the store raised a new judgment issue (4.3 / 2.5.2 / 4.2) | Guarantee satisfied (we delivered the verifiable fix). Client may buy a Diagnosis. |
| (d) Client changed the build / metadata / account after handoff | Guarantee void. |
Operating rules: - The exact rejection text is captured at intake and pasted into the signed order as "the Cited Reason." That is the evidence. - One reason = one Fix. Multi-reason rejections are quoted as a Complex Fix or rolled into a Diagnosis. - The word "approval" never appears as a promise anywhere on the site or in any deliverable — only "resolve the cited reason." - Refund before chargeback: proactively refund any genuinely borderline case before the buyer contacts their bank. A refund costs the fee; a chargeback costs the fee + dispute fee + dispute-rate damage to the Stripe account.
